CBS: McCain Takes Gitmo Ruling Personally

So, whether or not McCain really believes what he says, it is good politics (read: inaccurate and unfair).

CBS says opposition to the ruling is strictly politics.  In their skewered world-view, there can’t be any actual reason other than that.

ABC: Michelle Obama in for ‘Very Ugly Stuff’

Google “Michelle Obama” and the term “whitey” and you’ll find conservative bloggers claiming a video shows her using the racially tinged term at Trinity Church.

Sure thing ABC.  Never mind the fact that it was known Hillary operative Larry Johnson (also a HuffPo blogger) that pushed this story out there.

Kantor talked with Jewish voters in South Florida, many of them liberal Democrats, and found real skepticism about Obama, some of it based on a lack of familiarity with him, some of it on misinformation and some of it on plain old-fashioned racism.

She didn’t find anyone who felt uncomfortable because of his stated positions calling Israel a sore or his willingness to meet face-to-face with Iran’s leadership who want to wipe Israel off the map.  I guess those positions are just kosher with every informed, non-racist Jew.  Funny how that works.
